We use Payway payment gateway from ABA Bank. The bank offerings worldwide: VISA / MasterCard online payment system has advanced security to prevent e-commerce frauds, therefore system is secure and successful online transfer system.
NOTE: As we use ABA Bank Standard Integrated system, we do not have any access to credit card information of our clients. All credit card information of the income payments are safely encrypted by the Bank.

1. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
4. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is made we will provide at least 30 day’s notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

1. Maximum 4 golfers are allowed to play in 1 group.
2. Caddies are compulsory. Strictly 1 Caddy to 1 Golfer unless otherwise stated by management.
3. Each golfer must have their own set of golf clubs and cannot share with the other golfers.
4. Non-golfers must use a golf cart.
5. Dress code: Tailored shorts or trousers with appropriate collared golf shirt or Polo shirt with golf shoes. No jeans.
6. A golfer may be asked to leave the course through violent behavior, foul language or Poor golfing etiquette
7. Golfers must follow the guidance of the course marshal at all times.
8. Rain check policy is available. Policy details available on request.
9. Food & beverage from outside is not allowed on the golf course premises.
10. For breach of any of the above terms and conditions, no refund will be given.

You may cancel your booking free of charge until 48 hours before the tee time and recieve a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tee time, or in case of a no-show, you will not be refunded.
